You might know Kelly as the Francy-inhabiting, Frenchman-marrying, three-kid-raising blogger behind the fabulous blog, Almost Frugal. Kelly's also an artist, and she chose to have her Etsy shop featured on Baby Cheapskate rather than her blog. Babycat Goods is Kelly's Etsy shop, where she sells "handcrafted solutions to the problem of baby stuff: baby blankets, diaper bags, spoon holders and more."
